Home To The One and Only

Now lets take a moment to focus on the legality of the majority of our Countries, and States Gun Legislation.  First off, there is a very important law that is still on the books today called, "THE 2ND AMENDMENT".  Simple non-loophole, non legal mumbo-jumbo english.  "The Right Of The Peoples Right To Bear Arms, Shall Not Be Infringed."  Period...

"But that was written years ago when our countries founders and patriots were fighting the British.  It has no actual application today."  Ok... You as an American have every right to think that, say that, and believe that.  However, it is the law of the land.  Until our representatives pass a new Amendment that negates the 2nd Amendment, it is is a right "OF THE PEOPLE" to keep and bear arms.  Our legislators can't pick and choose which of the Bill of Rights or laws they choose to follow.  These laws and RIGHTS were put into place for the people to protect the people from the government itself.

"The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government."
- Patrick Henry

"The beauty of the Second Amendment is that it will not be needed until they try to take it."
- Thomas Jefferson

Ten Myths About Gun Control

(to read why these are myths please click here)

Myth 1:  The majority of Americans favor strict new additional federal gun controls.

Myth 2:  The only purpose of a handgun is to kill people.

Myth 3:  Since a gun in a home is many times more likely to kill a family member than to stop                  a criminal, armed citizens are not a deterrent to crime.

Myth 4:  Honest citizens have nothing to fear from gun registration and licensing which will                    curb crime by disarming criminals.

Myth 5:  Stiff gun control laws work as shown by the low crime rates in England and Japan.

Myth 6:  Most murders are argument related, crimes of passion against a relative, neighbor,                  friend, or acquaintance.

Myth 7:  Semi-Automatic firearms have no legitimate sporting purpose, are the preferred                        weapon of choice of criminals, and should be banned.

Myth 8:  The right guaranteed under the 2nd Amendment is limited specifically to the arming                of a ,"Well Regulated Militia" that can be compared today to the National Guard.

Myth 9:  A person in a public place with a gun is looking for trouble.

Myth 10:  Gun control reduces crime!

The more you read through our website, the more you will see a central theme, "Politics"! Politics are involved in everything that we do.  The terms, "Gun Control, Gun Safety, Common Sense Gun Legislation, and Universal Background Checks" were created by politicians for politicians.  Politicians rely on, "Low Informed Voters" to pass their agendas, stay in office, and keep their jobs.  Any well educated person with an open mind knows that no amount of, "Gun Control" will stop criminals from being criminals.  All additional gun legislation does is disarm more and more law abiding citizens taking away their great equalizer and their ability to defend themselves while transforming them into criminals in the eyes of the, "law".

Here's a simple question for all ani-gunners or gun control advocates.  "Would you be willing to put a sticker on your car window or the front door of your house saying, 'I Am an anti-gun person... There are no guns in this car/house'"  No?  Why?  Don't worry, the police will be at your home to help save your life within 5-30 minutes.  This is by no means the fault of the police.  They will certainly get there as fast as they can to the best of their ability, but unless you live next to a police station, it's going to take them time.  Time that you likely don't have. Imagine... A criminal (who already shouldn't have a gun based on existing gun laws) breaking into your home in the middle of the night.  Which would you rather have access to... A Cell Phone?... or A Gun?

Don't Worry, they aren't coming for your guns.  They just want the ability to know who has what gun, where that gun is, how many rounds you have, and where you bring your gun. Can you really expect an exponentially growing government with all that information not to use it towards ultimate confiscation?  Take a second... Think... Breath... Then ask yourself when has history shown a governement with that kind of power, authority, and knowledge not to use it to their advantage?

GUN CONTROL!Don't Worry... We Aren't Coming For Your Guns... REALLY???

Lets look to our neighbor to the north.  In 2012 Canada ended it's national long gun registry. When it was introduced over twenty years ago critics said the registration of firearms would eventually lead to confiscation.  This criticism was dismissed as ridiculous by many, however that's exactly what started to happen soon after it was enacted.  The Canadian government until recently were sending out letters to their citizens stating, "You are required by law to return your firearm registration certificates, without delay, either by mail to the address shown in the top left corner of this page or in person to a peace officer or firearms officers.  You have 30 days to deliver your firearms to a peace officer, firearms officer, or chief firearms officer, or to otherwise lawfully dispose of them."  Don't be so sure that this can't or won't happen here in the States.

We could go on and on, and back and forth on the gun control debate.  All we ask you to do is to educate yourself on the subject.  Think for yourself and do your own research.  Don't just rely on the mainstream media to tell you what to think or what to believe.  One of the most beautiful attributes to this great country of ours is that, "we the people" are in charge. We put our representatives in the position that they are in to represent us.  On a local, state, and national level.  We are responsible for putting them in office.  We can also be responsible for voting them out! Don't be afraid to write to your representatives and tell them what you think!  Believe it or not, from time to time rational thinking and logic does win!

God bless this great county of ours, and God bless the law abiding citizens of this great nation who take it upon themselves to ensure their and their loved ones personal safety and protection.
